Help, I can't sign in to my account.

When the account is created, the email address and the default password is emailed to you. You will need to follow the link in the email to activate it for the first time and create a new password.

At the beginning of every session with Zift123, you will provide credentials to access your account and perform the tasks you wish to complete. 

These error messages may appear if you are having trouble logging in.

  • Please enter your email address.
  • Please enter a password.
  • Invalid password or email.
  • This account has been locked. Try again in one hour, or reset your password by clicking, "Forgot your password?"

If you try to log in 10 times without success, you will be locked out of the account. This message will display.

You can reset the password or wait one hour for the system to clear the error. Note that the one hour begins with the last attempt to log in.

To reset your password immediately do the following:

  1. Click the Forgot Your Password? link. The wording may be slightly different if you have a customized login. Enter your email address.  2017-03-10_login.png
