Ultimately, accounts are suspended in order to protect the sending reputation of our entire network and the delivery for everyone.
Zift Solutions will need to perform an audit of your contact list practices. Together we will work to determine what triggered the issue and take steps to make sure it does not happen in the future. If the problem is not resolved in a timely manner, it may result in further suspensions or termination of your account.
