A campaign is a collection of marketing activities including emails, email workflows, web plugins, print media, digital advertising, or a combination of the above. A campaign can be supplier-provided, or you can create your own campaign. By creating campaigns, you will be able to gather data in one place for all the marketing activity around a specific product or service that is offered.
Reference materials are provided to support your campaign efforts. You can view and download materials to use at your discretion. Materials include:
- Product data sheets.
- Powerpoint presentation.
- Best practices guide.
- Explanation of a campaign with workflows and multiple pieces of content.
- Content provided in English. You may want to send this content to a translation service for translation to another language.
You can access reference materials from Campaigns > My Campaigns > any selected campaign > Reference Materials. In the Campaign Reference view, you can do the following:
- View reference material.
- Download reference material.
- Add an activity, hold, start, or edit a campaign.
