How to Associate Print Media with a Campaign Guide

Print media provides you with the means to build, mix and promote business engagement and conversation. It comes in many forms: sales data sheet, white paper, newsletters, tip sheets, and more. This content informs and entertains the people who consume it. 

Print media, sometimes referred to as collateral,  is a common marketing activity associated with our platform's campaign tool. In this guide, you will learn how to get started with print media marketing.

Find Campaigns available to you

Through Zift123 suppliers provide campaigns to support partners, save time and promote a brand. Using either Browse Campaigns or My Campaign will be quicker than Creating Your Own Campaign since you will be using an approved template from your supplier. To find available campaigns, choose from the following two locations:

  • Browse Campaigns is where you will find all the campaigns provided to you by your supplier.
  • My Campaigns is where you will find all of your activated, paused, or archived campaigns. As a new user, Zift Solutions recommends selecting from campaigns provided for you by your supplier as you learn to use Zift123.
Create Your Own Campaign - Optional

If you are not using an existing campaign (see above), you will need to create your own campaign. If you have subscriptions to multiple suppliers, be sure to select one specific supplier before creating your campaign.

Select Print Media Activity and Activate the Campaign

After you have selected the campaign activity type, your next step is to activate the campaign. Activating the activity connects or links the activity to a campaign. You will need to do this in order to personalize or send out activities associated with the campaign. 

Personalize the Print Media

In the majority of print media templates, you have the ability to edit, revise, and personalize documents with your business information and other preferences. Please note that personalization options are not available in every template. Once you have personalized your print media, you have the ability to preview your changes prior to sending from a desktop, mobile, or tablet view. This gives you the opportunity to see how your users will see your print media.

Distribute the Document Link

When you have personalized your print media campaign and are ready to send, you will Distribute the unique document link to your various web pages and emails. The Distribute Customizable Collateral option is on the Campaign Snap Shot Dashboard.
