One of the benefits of using Zift123 is accessing marketing content in one location across all your suppliers using Zift. When a new supplier subscription is added to your account, Zift will update your existing account to provide access to the new supplier. A merge request is sent to the Administrators on your account.
Once the accounts are merged, you will have access to marketing content across different suppliers using your My Zift123 account. To access My Zift123, log in here or through your supplier's Partner Portal.
When your request to merge accounts is approved by the administrator, all of your data can be viewed from a single location as well as by individual supplier. You will receive a series of emails and prompts to guide you through the process.
In Subscriptions Setting, Zift123 administrators can validate or reject account mergings and view account status. Account statuses are:
- Active - You have taken action and the account has been merged.
- Pending - You have requested a merge and we are in the process of merging the account. Contact your Zift123 account administrator withquestions about your account merge request.
- Inactive accounts -Inactive accounts are not merged.
No action is required if you do not receive a prompt to make this change from Zift Solutions. The prompt looks like this:
You will receive an email once the merge is complete and your account is ready to use with your new supplier subscription.
