Highlights

  • Partners can grant full or limited access to Zift123 to agencies. This access will allow partners to grant agencies access to create a campaign or a single activity. Contact your Zift Customer Engagement Manager for all the details.
  • Zift123 will set leads as a distributed qualified opportunity.
  • Additional statuses for orders.
  • Approval not required if no supplier funds are being used on Campaign Marketplace orders.
  • Partners and agencies can safely share contact lists for marketing activity execution when using Campaign Marketplace.

  • (17962) Partners can request an Agency to execute a campaign for them.
  • (17932) Partners can assign an agency to a campaign and let the Agency execute it on behalf of the partner. Partners must grant the agency access to the campaign. Agencies will be able to create activities on behalf of the partner.

  • (18097) Zift123 will set the lead sales stage to qualified opportunity when distributed leads come from the supplier PRM lead source.

  • (17950) Partners can bypass the order approval process when the order does not use supplier funds (ie., no-cost FSA, self-pay, MDF not enabled). If supplier funds are not used in an agency order, the order will automatically be approved.
  • (17925) Zift123 now supports both partner and agency contact lists for marketing activity execution. Partners can set and control access to any contact list shared with agencies. Agencies can use contact lists when executing on behalf of partners without sharing the contacts with the partners.
    • The agency can use its own list when executing marketing activities on behalf of a partner.
    • The agency can use partner-supplied contacts to execute marketing activities on behalf of a partner.
    • The agency can use a combination of its own and the partner's contacts to execute marketing activities on behalf of the partner.
    • Partners can grant agencies permission to use a contact list for a single activity, campaign, time period or perpetually.
