Overview

 

 

Zift meets you where you are working by providing integrations to leading CRM and PSAs. Contact, opportunity, and lead information is an incredibly valuable resource.

For contacts, Zift can securely pull standard contact information such as first name, last name, company, title, work phone, mobile phone, email, address1, address2, city, state, country, and unsubscribed. The contact must be active and have an email address for the data to be pulled into Zift123. This personally identifiable information will be secure during the integration process.

For lead distribution, Zift123 enables visibility and tracking across the lead lifecycle.  This capability allows you to automate lead distribution and easily track ongoing partner interactions with prospects, including marketing touches and pipeline activities, with real-time updates. Channel partners receive leads either via intelligent email workflows or directly within their familiar CRM and SFA systems. You can track the progress of distributed leads across the entire sales cycle all the way through to close to see the amount of revenue each lead generates. Because of this lead tracking, you may need to change the status of a lead.

Zift has integrations with ConnectWise and Autotask PSA's. These are available as partner configurable connectors within Zift123. The connector pull standard Zift contact fields from partners' ConnectWise and Autotask PSA to be used for marketing purposes in Zift123.

  • Contacts will flow from ConnectWise and Autotask into Zift123 and will be created in Zift123 if the contact is active and has a valid email address. 
  • Standard contact field information includes first name, last name, company, title, work phone, mobile phone, email, address1, address2, city, state, country, and unsubscribed.
  • Contacts edited in ConnectWise or Autotask will be updated in Zift123.
