How do I Manage Recipients for Social Form Submissions?

When an end-user submits a social form, by default all users in your company account will receive an email notification with the subject line: New Form Submission for Social Redirect Panel for Posts of Marketing Activities.

To manage the notification recipients for social form submissions, take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Analysis tab.
  2. In the Assets section, select Website Plugins.
  3. In the Top Website Plugins section, select Social Redirect Panel for Posts of Marketing Activities.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Make changes to notification recipients in the Notifications section.
  6. Select Save.
