Why can't I manage users even though I am an Administrator?

By design, Zift Admin users logging in to our platform via a supplier's partner portal, cannot edit, add, or delete users. Suppliers control access to Zift123 for partners logging in via the supplier's single sign-in approval process, not the partner administrator.

If you need assistance with managing users then please login to your supplier's portal and request assistance from within your portal interface directly after login.
