Our partners run into this problem sometimes when a social media provider updates their APIs.
This happens when the posts are coming from a 3rd party (like Zift). When the APIs are updated, this happens for a short span of time. Social Media providers will update the images to full size however, we do not have a timeline for this to occur.
If you would like to keep the image to its full size do the following:
- Log into the Social Media provider (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
- Edit the post.
- Replace the image.
Taking these steps allows you to maintain the look and feel of your Social Media page.
