Our partners run in to this problem sometimes when a social media provider updates their APIs.
This happens when the posts are coming from a 3rd party (like Zift). When the APIs are updated, this happens for a short span of time. Social Media providers will update the images to full size however, we do not have timeline for this to occur.
If you would like to keep the image to its full size do the following:
- Log into the Social Media provider (LinkedIn, Facebook etc).
- Edit the post.
- Replace the image.
Taking these allows you to maintain the look and feel of your Social Media page.
